The Tell-Tale Heart The Tell-Tale Heart is a short story by Edgar Allan Poe, narrated in the first person. He continues to sweep to this second party that he isnt insane, that what he did was all perspicacious and sane, ergo; a rational explanation fo r unlogical behavior.
